Delivery for all goods is subject to availability and subject to additional charges, depending on location. Kindly provide the exact address for an accurate quotation.

Self-collection

Please note that if you opt for this option, you will have to take care of your order. Our responsibility ends once the cake is out of our studio. As most of our cakes are delicate in nature, we would recommend us deliver it to you 1-2 hours before the cake cutting.

Cancellation

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed.  If you need to cancel your order contact us as soon as possible.  If we have not started your order or customized your order we will do out best to cancel it and refund your payment.

We are confident that your pup will love any and all of the treats we offer.  However, if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.  Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer cash/credit card refunds but we do offer exchanges and/or replacements when appropriate. We pride ourselves on keeping our customers happy.
